Partners-in-Education (PIE) Sponsors the 2018
International Military Student's School Visit to the Talbot
County School District
The International Military Students attending the
Manehver Captain's Career Course located on Fort Benning
visited the Talbot County School District on Thursday, Feb.
15.
The students discussed their countries' culture with the
local students helping the students to gain a better grasp of
foreign nations, people, and cultures.
According to Dr. Fenton Dixon, PIE Liaison for the Talbot
Coupty School District, CEHS welcomed the International
Military Students as they gave presentations on their respec-
tive countries.
He said, "Our students were impressed by the informa-
tion that was delivered, their uniforms, and their accents."
Countries represented included: Brazil, Antigua and
Barbuda, Germany, Hungary, Mexico, Switzerland, Ivory
Coast, Japan, Lebanon, Pakistan, SaudiArabia, Korea, Estonia,
Latvia, Senegal, Trinidad-Tobago, Tanzania, Bulgaria, Albania,
Eg t, Kosovo, and Malawi.

Qualification dates for the 2018 General Primary has been set for March
5, 2018 through March 9, 2018.
Candidates wishing to qualify for a specific political party may do so at the :
Talbot County Board of Elections office from 9:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. on March
5, 2018 through March 8, 2018 and 9:00 A. M. to 12:00 Noon on March 9,
2018.
County offices up for election in 2018 are: County Commissioner for Districts
1, 2 and 3 and Board of Education Member for Districts 2 and 3.

offices have been set by the Talbot County Board of Commissioners as fol-
